- Barriers are found on every energy level – physical, mental-emotional and soul-level.
- It is often easier for someone other than yourself to see what’s holding you back. You can be “too close” and emotionally entangled to identify the barriers.

These are only just a couple of examples to show you that the definition of success is more than making 6 or 7 figures! If there is anything that you want to do – a goal, dream, vision – and you don’t seem able to do it, then there is something blocking you.
There are many ways to eliminate barriers, and they work with varying degrees of success since they are often dealt with in the realm of the physical only. Examples include working harder or longer hours, more efficient time management, eating less, taking on a second job, setting “smarter” goals, etc. If these “mainstream” methods are not working for you – leaving you frustrated, tired and feeling like it’s “just not worth it anymore”- then it’s time to take a look at the subtler levels of your energy. And no, I’m not talking about the Law of Attraction! Your blocks/restrictions/barriers are precisely why the Law of Attraction works only sporadically if at all for you. So use LoA once you’ve done the clearing work.
The entire Universe is made of energy, and matter is simply another form of it, so it is very effective to have a look at the situation you are in from an energetic perspective. At the lowest level – the most solid and dense - there is the physical layer, which is what we see and most people limit themselves to. Barriers in the physical sense would be physical limitations to the goal you are trying to achieve. There are also the higher energy mental and emotional layers, which are very tightly linked. Barriers at this level could be resistance in the form of limiting beliefs, negative thinking and fears. These are often very difficult to see in yourself since you are “too close” to the situation and emotionally entangled in it, though we can quite readily pick them out in others. At the highest, fastest, most subtle “quantum” level we have the soul or spirit. You can have blocks and restrictions at this level as well. These are the most difficult to see and get rid of simply because we almost never know they are there! We spend our whole lives reacting to negative programming that CAN be eliminated.
